Policy Information

Travel insurance provided by TIC has been arranged for each guest throughout the trip. You will receive full details of the policy schedule along with your e-tickets via email.

All benefits are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the policy, including details of the sum insured. Sub-limits and excesses can be found in the Schedule of Benefits.

Please note that your travel insurance covers the duration of the incentive trip only. If you have a confirmed post-tour, please ensure you have purchased additional travel insurance.

It is important to review your policy to understand what you are covered for while traveling abroad.

Medical Assistance

In case of emergency:

  • Contact the emergency service provider listed on your travel insurance if you feel ill or have an accident.
  • Before being admitted to a hospital, call the contact number on the travel insurance for authorisation.
  • Inform the travel team immediately of the incident.
  • You will be responsible for paying your GP bill and can claim back on your return.
  • If hospitalised, TIC will be billed directly.

General Tips

  • It is important that you read your travel insurance policy wording.
  • All medicines to be kept in their original container displaying your name and dosage requirements and carried in hand luggage to prevent loss.
  • If you are prone to stomach ailments and if you suffer from motion sickness, pack precautionary medication.
  • Diabetics travelling with needles and syringes – to take these items on board the aircraft, a letter is required from your doctor (written in English) confirming the necessity of having these items with you all the time.
  • Prescription or letter from doctor should accompany all prescription medicines.
